An OnlyFans creator in Indiana could spend the rest of her life in prison after being accused of using a young girl to create sexually explicit content for the purpose of generating income and attracting adult male subscribers.
Elizabeth Creekmore, 41, was charged earlier this month with four counts of child exploitation and four counts of possessing child sex abuse material (CSAM). A warrant for her arrest was filed.
Once taken into custody, Creekmore will be held on a $100,000 bond, WXIN reports. If convicted, the 41-year-old Hamilton County resident could serve up to 72 years in prison.
The Westfield Police Department began investigating Creekmore in November after a tip from the Indiana Department of Child Services.
Authorities claimed that Creekmore had an OnlyFans account and used a girl around the age of 5 in “the creation of content intended to attract adult subscribers.” According to a tipster, Creekmore had updated a video that showed the girl “sucking on a broomstick,” while another witness claimed that Creekmore was using the child for financial gain and to attract male attention.
OnlyFans promotes itself as a platform where people can create content for subscribers who pay a membership fee to unlock images, videos and livestreams made by the individual operating the account.
The site has faced scrutiny over the years from lawmakers and anti-sexual exploitation advocates for platforming CSAM and coercing women into making pornographic content.
OnlyFans did not immediately respond to The Christian Post’s request for comment.
After the police executed a search warrant, investigators reportedly found messages between Creekmore and potential customers that contained conversations about the child, according to WXIN. One of the messages included a request to create a “slutty video” with “a kid or kids in the room or in the background.”
A message from the man who requested the video stated, “The hard part of these videos is recording yourself but also showing that there [sic] by you or next to you lol.” In response, Creekmore wrote, “I completely understand. I get exactly what you’re wanting.”
Investigators reported that the woman would negotiate payment over Snapchat with potential customers who requested child content.
Court documents allege that Creekmore began responding to and charging people who requested content featuring her and her child in 2021, WTHR reported. A user who lived in Wisconsin, whom Creekmore allegedly communicated with, was previously convicted of child sex crimes in 2023.
Law enforcement reportedly found Snapchat messages containing nude images of the girl taken when she was 5 or 6 years old. Creekmore also allegedly sent photos of herself topless and with the child present.
The case highlights the concerns addressed in a 2021 letter to former Attorney General Merrick Garland sent by more than 100 Republican and Democratic members of Congress. The letter urged the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate the content sold on OnlyFans, which reportedly involved CSAM and child exploitation.
“With more than 220 million monthly visitors on OnlyFans, the pervasiveness of CSAM on this website, as well as any business practices used to shield such content from scrutiny, must be investigated,” the letter stated.
The lawmakers cited research by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which found “a continuously increasing amount of CSAM and child exploitation on OnlyFans.”
“In 2019, NCMEC indicated it was aware of 10 cases involving missing children associated with content sold on OnlyFans. In 2021, NCMEC identified at least 80 cases in which missing children were linked with OnlyFans content,” the letter reported.
