A protester outside a Turning Point USA women’s conference in Texas dressed as Charlie Kirk and re-enacted his assassination outside the event.

Video from outside of the Turning Point USA Women’s Leadership Summit at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio showed an unidentified protester, whom TPUSA reporters labeled a “radical leftwinger,” wearing an oversized costume head meant to be a caricature of Kirk, who was assassinated at a TPUSA Faith event at Utah Valley University last September.

Frontlines TPUSA shared a video of the incident on social media, writing, “A radical leftwinger is dressed as Charlie Kirk and is re-enacting his assassination in front of attendees of TPUSA’s women’s conference. They’ve been mocking Charlie’s assassination and chanting that he ‘deserved to die’ all morning outside of the event.”

The incident occurred just over a week after a San Antonio man was charged with making terroristic threats after he allegedly posted comments on Facebook threatening to target the event where Turning Point CEO Erika Kirk was scheduled to speak.

Police arrested Jacob Wenske, 26, who was charged with a third-degree felony count of terroristic threat, according to Fox News.

According to reports, Wenske called for the death of “every Christian nationalist” in a January email aimed at Kirk and the TPUSA organization. Wenske reportedly wrote “Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!! America will live on without those scum on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event.”

Wenske was later booked in the Bexar County jail on a $120,000 bond.

Prior to the arrest, Kirk’s speech at the TPUSA Women’s Conference was disrupted by another protester who accused the widow of “protecting pedophiles” before being removed from the event.

Kirk has been touring the nation as part of the TPUSA “Make Heaven Crowded” tour, a multi-city outreach effort aimed at uniting churches and sparking a “revivalistic movement” rooted in faith rather than politics.

The tour, which includes roughly 30 stops nationwide, features a mix of pastors, musicians, influencers and public figures, including Riley Gaines, Pastor Allen Jackson, Jurgen Matthesius, Bryce Crawford and others sharing personal testimonies, with organizers encouraging attendees to invite non-believing friends.

Following the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in April, Kirk, who was a guest at the event, had signaled she would be stepping back from public appearances.
