Robinson is accused of firing the shot that killed the Turning Point USA founder during an outdoor event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025.
Judge Tony Graf Jr. is not expected to rule immediately on whether the case will proceed to trial. Both sides have asked for time to review the hearing transcript and submit written briefs, and Graf has set oral arguments for Sept. 1.
Following five days of testimony and evidence, Robinson declined to testify on Friday.
Here are four key takeaways from the fifth and final day of Robinson’s preliminary hearing.
